Session includes:
- A restful and restorative 15 minute asana practice with grounding awareness into your inner self.
- doTERRA's AromaTouch Technique: "A clinical approach to applying essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help stimulate and balance sympathetic and para-sympathetic nervous systems of the body."
-Deep relaxing 10 minute meditation practice. Designed to rewire your neurological habitual way of being.
This session will leave you enlightened, relaxed, uplifted and awakened to your inner being. Overtime these sessions will begin to change your inner dialogue and perspective about your life and give you access to greater moments of happiness and joy.
